This American Wheat ale pays tribute to travel and fun in the sun. It was brewed with traditional malts and hoped with Motueka. Conditioned on pink Himalayan Sea Salt and freshly zested limes to lend flavors of summertime fun. Goes great with PIE! Carry on my wayward son.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a big head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like juicy, slightly tart, and mostly sweet lime, with some citrusy aromas as well.
As Mortalis goes, this is pretty simple, but it's still well done. It's a wheat ale with a fairly conservative amount of lime in there, at least compared to their fruited sours. There's not too much salt, here.
This is a nice changeup from what you would usually expect from Mortalis.
