This Milk Stout does not match its appearance. It is a full-bodied Golden Milk Stout aged on Don Roger & Isabel's natural fruit symphony coffee roasted by Joe Bean and Milk Sugar. The subtle notes of strawberry, vanilla, and kiwi from the coffee pair perfectly with the sweet finish of the beer.

This one pours a light golden orange-ish color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like very fruity coffee, with strawberry and lemon, along with vanilla, sugar cookie, and lactose.
This is extremely sweet, and not quite as good as regular Icarus. The coffee flavor is very unique and interesting, with strawberry cream type flavor, and some lemony character as well. There's lots of vanilla type flavor from the lactose, with cookie dough and sugar cookies as well.
This is medium bodied, slightly syrupy, with a lower level of carbonation.
The base beer of this seems sweeter and more syrupy than usual, but the coffee used is done tremendously here.
