This Sour IPA was brewed in collaboration with Equilibrium, The Eighth State, and Vitamin Sea Brewing. A recipe sparked from a Zoom call features a classic tiki cocktail. Lemondrop and Amarillo hops are paired with plum, orange, lemon, and Orgeat. The result is a pulpy, tart, and citrus forward beer that just needs your favorite garnish.

This one pours a thick looking orange color, with a small head and lots of sticky lacing.
There’s a lot of pulpy orange on the nose, with some light plum, a bit of tartness, and a nice almond aroma.
The Orgeat works really well here, giving a creamy sweet almond sort of thing. It plays off well against the lightly acidic lemon and orange flavors, bringing pulpy and refreshing juiciness to this. The plum is a minor player here.
This is medium bodied, and especially thick near the bottom of the can. It’s quite drinkable.
Like Boat Drinks, the addition of Orgeat - almond cocktail syrup - elevates this one beyond the typical gloop profile.
