This one pours a decently dark pinkish/purplish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like blackberry obviously, with a big jammy aroma, and a hint of vanilla on the back end.
This is fairly simple, but well done. The big berry notes meld with the creamy vanilla sweetness. There's not too much lactose here - Mortalis generally does a good job with lactose prudence. There's not a ton of IPA flavors, just the milkshake additions.
This is very creamy, and very drinkable, with a nice full mouthfeel.
I tend to like this series and Tears of the Goddess much more than Hydra - they tend to be creative and a bit less heavy-handed.
