On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like crisp floral hop bite, bready malt, and some lemon zest.
This is very impressive, and very much outside of the comfort zone of this brewery. It's got a crisp and clean hop character, floral and spice, with a nice supportive breadiness on the back end.
This is light bodied, very clean, and very crisp. It went down super easily and I wanted more.
I'm really happy that Mortalis nailed this one. It's truly very good.
