This American Wheat Ale is brewed with traditional white wheat malts with a light Motueka hop addition. It is then conditioned on zested limes and Himalayan pink sea salt. Divinity of the sea!

NO can date
Pours with basically no head, instantly disappears, hazy light pale to pear color
Nose big doughy creamy wheat, cereal mash and grainy bread dough, fresh lime zest, general lemon-lime citrus oil, light floral spices
Taste starts with more creamy doughy wheat, soft creamy with hint of vanilla like ice cream, raw bread dough, fair floral spices almost potpourri but not intense at all, fair citrus zest as well, lemon-lime and a touch of under ripe tangerine, hops also add a touch of a grassy citrusy character, very light bitterness, hint of salt on the back end, drier finish but creamy soft
Mouth is med bod, creamy semi soft, med to a bit lighter fizzy carb
Overall not bad, decent base American wheat, with nice citrus, salt adds a nice Gose like finish to balance the spices as well, enjoyable summer beer

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like wheat, lemon, lime, light citrus, grassy hops.
This has to be the least fruited Mortalis beer ever! It's a solid little mildly hoppy wheat beer - the Motueka and the measured lime addition gives a nice slightly funky lime character on top of citrus and lemony wheat character.
This is light bodied, clean, and super crisp, with a very nice drinkability.
This is a very nice changeup from what Mortalis usually does, which is why it's very cool that the 8bit project exists.
