This fruited sour blends blackberry, black currant, and sweet cherry together to form just one of this monster’s many heads. Keep your eyes peeled for even more flavor combinations.

16oz. can into a Founders snifter.
The color and texture on this one looks like it could be used for fake blood on Halloween. Nose is heavy on all 3 fruits. Blackberry tart and seediness, cherry sweetness, and a kind of umami tartness from the black currant. Dense and aromatic. Beer opens sweet and tart blackberry and cherry. The currant presence is muted. Juicy. More blackberry and sweet cherry in the middle with a slight saltiness from the currant coming towards the end. Seedy at the finish. Some vanilla and sweet cream at the end to smooth things over. Sweet and tart aftertaste. Body is full and pulpy. Low to moderate carbonation and chunky and pulpy in the mouth. Long, lingering, filmy aftertaste.
Again, flavor is great. Not beer.
