Collaboration with Urban South Brewery - HTX
This Triple IPA was brewed in collaboration with Urban South HTX. A soft full base was hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka. Then, we conditioned the final beer on pineapple puree to add an extra layer of juiciness.

For me, this brew is approaching a hop milkshake. It’s perfect in that being both a triple and a hazy, it hits all the high marks; super boozy, big malty sweetness, probably enhanced by the pineapple, big hop bitterness with tons of herby hop with caramelized pineapple PNW resin. I imagine this sucker would be down right delicious if fresh

nice hoppy ipa the pineapple adds a slight taste of citrus
