This Double IPA starts with a base of Citra and Mosaic hops. We then focused on highlighting Wai-iti in the heavy dry hop. The soft pillowy body is met with lime, stone fruit, and ripe citrus.

Prolly a week old, pours light yellow milk with froth head that reduced quickly, aroma is strong white grape, Taste is grapefruit, grape , lemon zest, piney. It settles into lime, predominant grapefruit, and the ying yang of of sweet and bitter taste , medium smaky and I don’t sense the alcohol yet my esophagus feels warm. Feel is tingly soft carbonation. Medium body. It’s really nice dipa from a great brewery !

This one is very hazy, pale straw with burnished golden highlights. One inch of pale yellow froth is short lived, with fine bubbles that leave a curtain of lace on a Simpli IIPA glass. The curtain comes down quickly, leaving uneven, broken rings and small patches.

Strong cattiness and cut grass lead me to believe this isn't a traditional New England IPA. Pineapple juice is followed by grapefruit and pine resin. Bitterness seems to sneak in as well.

The West Coast vibe is very strong, as the bitterness and astringency lord over the sweetness which cowers in the corner. Grapefruit juice gives way to lime as it warms. That lime becomes prominent in a drawn out finish that brings bitterness back in strong bursts.
It has a medium body and soft creamy texture. The alcohol is as expected. Prickly carbonation.

Aside from the haze, this has little resemblance to what I consider to be a New England IPA. Did I mention the bitterness? It is clear that it was brewed with a conscious intention and that the style has drifted heavily into the bitter territory. As such this is well done and makes for a decent early evening beer.

From notes - funny that I drank this fine ale and my wife peeled off the cool label and stuck it on the back of her tablet.,.
This NEDIPA is RICH with Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti HOPS. The soft base is met with lime, stone fruit, and ripe citrus. Good malt back in a supporting role.
Mouth full and smooth. Medium to low carbonation.
Nice hazy.,.

No legible canning date, but from social media posts , seems to have been released 10/06/22, so just over a week old.

Hazy orangey-gold, with one finger of ivory head, that leaves a thin ring, a little surface foam , and a few spots & short streaks of lacing. Essentially looks like apricot nectar with a bit of head.

Gives off aromas of apricot, fresh pineapple, tangelo, and a bit of creamsicle.

Taste is bitter orange, pineapple, a touch of lime zest, kiwi, and grapefruit pith. Just a hint of biscuity malt near finish. (Guessing that will disappear with age.) The bitter orange flavor comes with a bit of funk/fermentation. The only sign of the 8.8% abv. Guessing that will also mellow, or outright disappear with age. (If I can not-drink them all right away. ;) ) Moderate bitterness, with some lingering dryness at finish & beyond.

Feel is medium, and semi-creamy, with moderate, very, very fine carbonation tingle. Drying finish, that leaves the front of the tongue feeling sanded-off/dessicated.

Overall a very good DNEIPA. I like that it leans to the drier side of the NEIPA spectrum.

Opaque dark yellow to muddled orange with a moderately tall khaki foam head slowly collapsing to thick chunky blobs leaving heaps of spongy lace.

Dank, spicy and cottonmouth dry, this is a chewer. Ribbons of allium, mango, and resin as well as orange and lime rind abound.

The medium body is almost full but isa fine carbonation.

Very Monkish-ish.

Poured a cloudy orange body with good head and lace down the glass. The aroma has notes of tangerine, white grapefruit, and tropical fruits. Sweet, smooth, easy to drink with a great sweetness and almost non-existent bitterness that finishes clean with well-hidden ABV.
