This Double IPA features Sabro hops. Tropical notes of coconut, tangerine, and citrus are met with a full soft body.

Pours to the pineapple side of things in color and overall appearance, but slightly brown. Beautiful dense foam floats on the liquid, lasts seemingly forever. Falls to about a quarter inch, tenacious clingy chunks on the glass.
The smell isn't as strong as expected, but it is bright. Citrus...grapefruit, tangerine, some orange and a bit more tropical note. Slightly sweet.
Milky kind of texture, smooth. A bit of citrus oil kind of zing starts to accumulate. Citrus dominant with quite a hefty tangerine component, some tropical pineapple flavor, a little bit of breadiness in a supporting role.
It's good, but I feel it is another in in the mountain of well-made similar beers. Flavorful. Tasty. Easily drinkable. But something that is pretty readily available from a bunch of different breweries.

5 oz pour on tap at Embark Craft Ciderworks. Decent citrus/tropical fruit flavors. However, every third sip or so has an earthy/funky flavor very similar to an intense brie cheese. One of the weirdest things I've ever tasted in a beer. Overall, a fairly average NEIPA with a strange off flavor. Interesting, but meh.
