This Porter starts with a silky smooth roasty base. It is then conditioned on graham crackers and Madagascar vanilla beans. The creamy vanilla compliments the roast and reminds us of summertime campfire vibes.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a good bit of lacing.
This smells like roasted malt and some vanilla, but doesn't have the most evocative aroma, unfortunately.
This is pretty basic, and surprisingly restrained in the adjuncts department for Mortalis. It's just a bit watery, with no real graham flavor, and only a touch of vanilla. It's nicely chocolatey, but the flavors don't really pop the way I'd want to.
This is lighter bodied, slightly creamy, but too thin in the end. It's decently drinkable.
This wasn't bad or anything, but it was still a bit of a miss.
