This Imperial stout was brewed in collaboration with Evil Twin. It uses Dominican cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla, in house toasted almonds, and over 100 pounds of actual chocolate almond biscotti to create the ultimate break 2 times over. Is it time for a break yet?

Love the original and the spinoffs, love actual chocolate almond biscotti, but would this latest remix work?!? Brownish black opaque body with a brown head. Huge chocolate, almond, vanilla, and biscuit in that order of intensity, all backed by stout malts. Taste is much the same, though the actual biscotti flavors are there with everything from the nose. It's like all the elements that make up biscotti and pulled out to pair with the biscotti, kind of cool. Feel is lush and heavy with a kiss of sugars on the frothy edge, hides the abv terrifyingly well. Yes it worked!
