This Sour Ale is the 5th version brewed with Swiftwater Brewing. Inspired by a Mai Tia, we have blended pineapple, orange, lime, and Orgeat from Fee Brothers. Huge marzipan nose followed by a massive dose of juicy tropical fruit that prepares you for another adventurous sip. "Goonies never say die!"

Murky bright yellow. Big tropical fruit aroma and flavor; mostly orange and pineapple. Decent fruit/tart balance. Medium bodied tropical fruit drink.

This one looks just like orange juice with pulp. Thick, slightly chunky. Hazy. Opaque. Nose is pineapple juice with a big, citrus presence. Super aromatic. Nice. Beer has notes of pineapple juice, orange juice, and a mellow, syrupy sweetness. Somehow I taste coconut even though it's not really there. Delicious nonetheless. Body is light to medium with moderate to ample carbonation. Chunky on the palate and goes down juicy. Lingering aftertaste.
Again, probably not beer but this is delicious. If you're into pineapple, I couldn't recommend this more.
