This Japanese style Rice Lager is perfect for a hot summer day. Subtle flavors of lemon zest and dill compliment the light body.

Interesting lager: aroma and taste are dill, lemon, mild spice. Handsome pour light yellow body with a creamy head that did dissipate quickly. Light , crisp, refreshing on a warm summer night on the deck!

On tap at The Richmond in Rochester, NY.
This pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like dill, lemon zest and peel, orange, and sweet-ish malt.
This has a really nice spicy, and dill-like hop character from Sorachi Ace. The malt character feels a little bit sweet, but it doesn’t detract a whole lot from good parts of this.
This is lighter bodied, clean, and pretty crisp, with a good drinkability.
I definitely appreciate that this even exists. It feels like a solid attempt.
