Peanut butter and mixed berry jelly time

I say goddamn, that’s a good beer. A murky fruited kettle sour, which is how I like them. The adjuncts assert themselves well on both scent and taste. Berry is the strongest, but the marshmallow and peanut butter put in a good showing. Really does deliver everything it says it would, and I’m not a big fan of peanut butter in my beer. With this one, because it’s not so strong and it plays well with the other ingredients, it works well. A bit thick, like i also like from the style, comes across like a thinner fruit slushy with booze. Excellent.

A - Pours a murky dark red with a fizzy burgundy head. The head fades extremely fast leaving heavy amount of sludgy lacing.

S - Aroma is marshmallow, peanut butter and raspberries.

T - The taste is tart and sweet raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, peanut and some light marshmallow sweetness in the finish.

M - Full body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft drying finish.

O - Really tasty.
