This Light Lager is a crisp easy drinker. A small addition of Mosaic makes for subtle floral and fruity notes.

on draft at The Richmond location, in pint glass
clear, light golden in color, white colored head. aroma is a bit more interested than a normal pale lager - a touch of fruity and grassy hops. crips, clean, mild grainy taste. well balanced, easy drinking.

A big, puffy, white head reaches two inches and lasts several minutes before falling to a thick blanket. The beer itself is clear, pale yellow (SRM 3). Clumps of lace form in the wake of the head on this double walled pint glass.
The aroma opens with sweet grains and uncooked corn. Mild lemon zest leads to light floral notes that are very delicate. There is a light farmhouse yeast in the background.
The flavor is crisp with a surprising bitterness that is by no means strong.
It has a light body with the texture of fine nylon. Alcohol is light and above expectations. Active carbonation produces a fine prickle throughout the mouth and throat.
This is a drinking beer suitable for a session on a sunny summer afternoon. I imagine it would be very refreshing after a day of work in the hot sun.

Purchased from beautiful Avon,NY: Canned 3/14 tab up 3/24 pours golden light yellow with a pillow head that reduces down the glass. Aroma is floral cracker as is taste. Goes down fast: light crisp tasty delicious. Obviously better than your regular lager!

On tap at The Richmond in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lemon, lime, crackery malt, hay, and light grapefruit.
This is light, inoffensive, and well-brewed. It’s not wild by any means, but gets the job done with a mild hop character, and a nice crackery and bready malt backbone.
This is lighter bodied, with a crisp and very clean feel to it, and a nice drinkability.
This is perfect as just a beer you could have multiple of at your local neighborhood bar. It appears that’s the idea here.
