Every morning starts with a French press in our house. Later on it is beer time. Frenched Press is a collab with a huge fruit profile. It celebrates the coffee before roasting. Lots of foam in the bottle which keeps the stout "light". Not a putmre dark bew, but something unique.

 

 

Near black color—no light passes. Dark beige head. Minor spots and streaks on the small brandy snifter.

Deep, strong semisweet chocolate smell. Very rich. I get some Graham crackers and vanilla. Oddly, I don’t get any coffee despite the name.

The low carbonation and almost milkshake like body make this perhaps the richest beer I’ve ever had. Chocolate pudding flavor with a touch of balancing bitterness. There’s a bit of cream and vanilla. Again, no coffee. Moderate aftertaste. No boozy flavors.
