This Czech Lager is rich with a crisp light body. Saaz and Styrian Golding hops provide a very mild earthy bitterness to match the smooth malty finish. Brewed with our friends at REDD.

On tap at the Richmond in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lightly spicy and clean, with some lemony notes and biscuity malt.
This sort of thing is not really what made Mortalis famous locally, but they’ve done this quite well. It’s got that nice spicy and herbal bitterness, on top of a saltine and biscuit malt character. It’s got a nice firm grip on the palate while remaining light.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean and super drinkable.
I really enjoyed this one, and always remain on the lookout for beers in the 8 Bit series.
