This West Coast style IPA was brewed in collaboration with Iron Tug Brewing. A mild hop bitterness from Cascade and Amarillo is met with a clean finish.

Golden yellow body, clear; sparse carbonation; thick head, dense and white with a rounded, sculpted appearance, semi-creamy texture. Interesting aroma leaning towards the citrus and tropical fruit side of things; soft and mildly sweet. Okay taste; a bit of butterscotch; caramel; mild hop bitterness; a tad flat. Medium body; a bit rough and scratchy on the palate; soft dryness.
An okay India pale ale that comes across a bit weak and flat.
ABV: 6.5%; pouring temperature: 38 °F; canning info: 6/26/24

Pours golden yellow with a nice froth head. Aroma is mild grapefruit, as is the taste, along with lemon, maybe a twang of piney. This is a mellow wcipa in the best way. Refreshing, zippy, great smacky smacky finish. It’s yummy!

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY. Collaboration between Mortalis and Iron Tug Brewing.
This one pours a clear dark orange color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells floral, piney, and grapefruity.
As West Coast IPAs go, I’d want there to be a bit more of a punchy bitterness to it, but I still enjoy this. There’s orange, grapefruit, melon, and some floral bitterness, but not quite enough bright and resinous bitterness for my palate.
This is medium bodied, mostly clean and crisp, and pretty drinkable.
I definitely enjoyed this but I’ve had better old school IPAs from both breweries here.
