This Festbier was carefully crafted using a combination of German Munich and Pilsen malts. The result is a delightful blend of sweet malts that harmonize perfectly with the herbal notes imparted by the Saaz and Hallertau hops. Cheers to a delicious and satisfying brew! Prost!

Golden amber color with a khaki head. Toasty and sweet grain accents to the lager malt and yeast in nose. Taste is a brighter version of the nose with some hop bitterness and a hint of grass added. Bright and toasty overall, feels like a hybrid of marzen and festbier honestly, odd

Clean, malty, bready, bitter. There’s a fruity sweetness on the nose, and a touch of residual floral nuances. Noticing some subtle tinny notes when poured cold, but they subside with temperature.

Can purchased at The Richmond in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear golden amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells a bit like oatmeal, maybe, with some grain, and a good dose of spicy hops.
This isn’t quite to style, it’s maybe a little bit more bitter on the hop end than a marzen would typically be, but I’m still enjoying it. There’s a malt character that’s almost like brown sugar and oatmeal, with some more typical caramel breadiness for the style.
This is creamy, pretty drinkable, and nicely smooth on the finish.
This isn’t exactly up Mortalis’ alley, but it was done pretty well, and I enjoyed it.
