This IPA embraces our continuous chase for hop saturation in our IPAs. The fusion of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Freestyle Manalita gives way to a citrus explosion with sweet tropical, red grapefruit, and papaya aromas.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells very citrusy, with some papaya, passionfruit, and tangerine.
LMortalis has continued to get better and better at making IPAs. This has very light bitterness, with lots of juicy, creamy, and soft hop character – it’s tropical, it’s citrusy, it’s good.
This is very creamy, and very drinkable, with a smooth finish.
This is a fairly prototypical and tasty hazy IPA.

Pours golden yellow with a thin sudsy head
Aroma is definitely citrus with grapefruit standing out, lime and raspberry notes
Taste is grapefruit up front, semi sweet fruit jolly rancher tastes
Mouthfeel is soft but kind of chunky. Kind of a sticky slightly bitter citrus finish
Overall it had a combination of taste and feel I generally like.

16 oz can into a 16 oz cylinder glass.
L: SRM 4 pours a dark grapefruit color with a splash of gold, almost no head with splotchy skin, low carbo, little to no lacing.
S: Tropical fruits, pine resin, cat pee on a Xmas tree, spruce funk, caramelized malts, fruit bread, some general dankness.
T: Fruit punch, citrus zest, papaya, pineapple, orange pith, a lightly dank hop note, rolled oats, white grape, melon rind,. The oats and melon linger for quite a while in the aftertaste and it is lightly rich.
F: Lightly brisk, juicy, medium to med-heavy feel with a broad center and a long moderately dry finish. Lightly chalky with warming.
O: A very tasty, fruity, juicy, and slightly dank American IPA. A little bit rich overall and is moderately full-flavored. Gently punchy and lightly sweet. It is outstanding in its style.

Two weeks canned from Avon, NY this delight pours golden yellow with a rich head that quieted down quickly. Aroma is soft peach, fruity tropical. Taste is scintillatingly grapefruit and passion fruit. Light zesty lime, berry red Now & Laters, pineapple Dum Dum candy lolls. Feel is soft, sticky, light with more grapefruit tart than bitter hoppy. I thoroughly enjoy this! Mortalis is awesome, once again.
