This Imperial Stout was aged for 16 months in Kentucky Owl barrels. It showcases in house roasted peanuts, Dominican reserve cacao nibs, and our marshmallow treatment. The jet-black roast base is met with flavors of milk chocolate, creamy marshmallow, ball park peanuts, and Reese's Puff cereal.

2025 red wax version. Poured cold to a taster glass. Nose is mix of light fresh peanuts and cocoa powder. Cold, the marshmallow hits strong in the flavor profile with an interesting bite from the Kentucky Owl. Peanut is hidden when cold, but really pops when it is much warmer. Mouthfeel is thick. Never having a stout aged in Kentucky Owl before, it’s a new flavor definitely. 13% hides all day…drinks like 8%. The cacao nibs offer support more once it’s warmed. I like it cold and even more warmer.
2026: Revisited my last bottle: Aroma is crazy strong, pleasant, sort of like a hoarhound. Cacao nibs take a little more forward role over the peanuts, which are hard to discern. Some of a marshmallow flavor lingers, but not much. The Kentucky Owl flavor is very enjoyable and unique, really making up for anything lost by the receding peanuts presence.
