This Double IPA starts with a blend of Citra and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool. The base then receives a significant addition of Citra, Simcoe, and Erebus in the dry hop. Candied fruit and blueberries are met with an explosion of citrus flavors.

Hazy pineapple/OJ. Sweet candied fruit hop aroma and flavor with lots of citrus and a touch of funk. OK balance with light bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour, persistent silky white head, sticky lacing. First time trying Erebus hops. Aroma is a mild citrusy burst with notes of stone fruit. Zest is amped up in the taste, opening with a big blast of citrusy tang. Fruity flavors, pear and a little bit of dank. I love this series!
