This base Imperial Stout has been aged 24 months in Buzzard Roost barrels. After aging, it was conditioned on Cacao Nibs, Marshmallow, and Peanut Butter. When you are battling an ancient Sumerian god, best not go thirsty.

Classic Mortalis Big BAIS. Full rich and oily silky smooth. Robust flavors from adjuncts. Nose was exceptionally powerful and attractive.

Another great dessert BA stout from the crew. Personally, I wish they would back off the marshmallow train, as it seems like a “cheap” adjunct to pump the mouthfeel. At the now standard $32 / 500 ml, marshmallow is punching below their weight class, IMO.
