Poured from a 16oz undated can.

On the pour I was surprised. There really isn't a head, but this looks like a smoothie, like actually. There are some solids so I do wonder the age. But woah.

Aroma is fruity and creamy. It is surprisingly sweet. I'm really not getting much in terms of fermentation or yeast.

Flavor follows the aroma, and again is quite sweet. The fruit is STRONG. It tastes like juice. Then a creamy flavor follows. This tastes like a fruity cocktail with a splash of heavy cream. Beyond potentially sweetening things up, I don't think I'm specifically tasting marshmallow however.

The solids are noticeable, and a bit off putting, but since I can't taste em I can *mostly* ignore them. Otherwise the feel is thick like a smoothie and surprisingly drinkable, beyond the chunks that is. There is a definite root beer float creaminess.

Overall this is a supremely unique and interesting "beer". I've never had anything like it and doubt I ever will again. I suspect the "root beer float" creaminess is coming from the ice cream, and I like it.

Incredible. Culinary masterpiece. Profound aromatic and flavor offerings here. Creative and superb! Delicious rich fruited beer. When the occasion calls, I enjoy these incredible fruited sours with or for dessert! Cheers!

Pours a super hazed gold/honey with endless amounts of floaties & frothy, chunky, beige head. Stays carbonated throughout the pour, tons of residue. An ugly beer, but I think this is what they were aiming for

S: Tons of mango & some passionfruit. Nose fades a little once warmer, a little peach also

T: Follows the nose, also vanilla & marshmallows, plus some pineapple upfront. More mango, plenty of pineapple, marshmallows, vanilla, dryness & coconut once this beer is warmed up. Finishes uber sweet with all the tropical, fairly dry, with a bit of marshmallow & vanilla

MF: Medium body, fairly syrupy/juicy with low-level carbonation, acidic but not in a bad way. Super sticky on the teeth

Dangerously drinkable this brewery owns this style
