Barrel Aged Written In The Stars (Copper Wax)

This Imperial Stout was brewed in collaboration with Imprint Beer Co. The thick luscious base was aged 22 months in a Black Button barrel before being conditioned on toasted coconut, chocolate, and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. The adjuncts bring flavors of rich chocolate, vanilla, oak, sweet coconut, and a hint of coffee.
