This Double IPA starts with a base of Citra and Mosaic hops. We then crushed it with NZ Moutere in the dry hop. The soft, pillowy body is met with an intense fruit-forward flavor of passion fruit, pineapple, and mango. Balanced with a touch of earthy pine, stay balanced!

Pours hyper-hazy, like milk. Light yellow opaque with thin but persistent head. Aroma like a mango got pulled apart in front of you by hand. Sweet whiffs.
Taste is creamy melon, passionfruit, bit of pine, strawberry. No bitter rind in there really and sweet fairly mellow with a hop undertow to remind you you're drinking beer, not a milkshake. Not overpowering. As advertised.
Little sticky and maybe barely overcarbed at the finish. Not a lawnmower beer, a bit more (and there at 8%). As it warms it loses the melon cream aspect and IPA-style hops a bit more assertive.

On tap at The Richmond in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells very strongly of mango, with passionfruit, pineapple, and maybe even some raspberry?
This is unbelievably juicy, with just a little bit of hop bitterness on the finish. It’s mostly mango forward, but there’s some jammy berry notes, melon, passionfruit, etc, too.
This is creamy, and really nicely drinkable.
Mortalis’ IPAs continue to be really enjoyable, it’s maybe their best type of beer at this point.
