Named after the brew day that left the brewer at his wits end. This beer boast over 130 IBU’s (350 calculated IBU’s) with over 5 pounds of hops per barrel. The malt bill is a modest one of just American pale malts and crystal malt giving it an ABV of 8.3%. The modest malt bill backs a huge hop note of floral, citrus, and pine with a resinous bitterness that is surprisingly balanced for its style.
