Pours an incredibly cloudy completely opaque golden wheat color. Thick velvety head dissipates slowly but not completely. Beer is effervescent albeit hard to see due to the opacity. Nice layered lacing is left on the glass.
Aroma has notes of wheat, banana, clove, pepper corn, and fresh baked bread.
Taste followed the nose with lovely notes of banana, banana bread, pepper, clove and all-spice.
Feel is vibrant and brightly carbonated. Smooth feel through the finish. Slightly spicy on the back end.
Overall a lovely weizen bock.
