Cold, crisp and crushable. This Local Lager Beer is light in color and body but big on flavor.

Clear Pale Yellow with a white head that quickly becomes a thin layer across the glass. A little lacing as it goes down. Malty smell. The flavor is crisp with a dry finish. Very easy to quaff and at 5% you can drink several. It tastes like a higher quality American adjunct.

Hey, first BA to review this one.
Look: Slightly cloudy, pale yellow. Fluffy white head with short retention.
Aroma: Very low, mostly grainy malt, hint of spicy hops.
Flavor: Mostly neutral, with a little graininess and spicy/herbal hops. Has a perception of sweetness but is dry with a restrained bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, drying, medium carbonation, with a short clean finish.
Overall: Your typical American style lager. Exactly how you expect it to be. Light, neutral flavored, and low bitterness. Has a nice dry and refreshing finish. Perfect picnic, gameday, golfing, and after yardwork beer. With it's neutral flavor and bitterness, it will pair well with just about any food.
