On tap at the brewery in a tulip.
Light gold with a small, but high quality white head.
The aroma shines and was exactly what you’d want from a single hop or Mosaic heavy beer. Blueberry, white grape, juicy, tropical.
Light two row body that lets the hops shine. Continued juicy fruit flavors of white wine grape, like Sauvignon Blanc, blueberry, and lychee. Maybe some stone fruit.
Moderately bitter with medium-low carbonation.
This is in line with the best single hop and Mosaic IPAs I’ve had, a category led by a couple of beers from Texas like Yellow Rose.
