Pours a clear, golden color with a hint of copper and half an inch of foam atop which subsides to a thin layer. Carbonation looks average to mild. There is plenty of lacing on the glass as you drink. The aroma is mild with sweet corn, grass and some floral hop spice as the beer warms. Taste follows the nose well; sweet grainy malts up front, finishing crisp and dry with a lingering, grassy bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied with average but zesty carbonation. Supposedly a Czech style pilsener, but more in the vein of a German pilsener (lighter in color, more predominantly hopped), this is an easy drinker with ample flavor -- quite impressed. Cheers!
