Our first all-Mosaic-wet-hopped West Coast IPA. This extremely aromatic brew will cover your palette in a dewy, super-fresh blanket of resin, pine, berries, and dankness. Our wet-hopped beers rarely last long, so snatch 'em up while you can!

Can pour - clear golden straw color with white foamy head leaving scattered frosty lacing. Nose is big whiffs of mosaic deliciousness and taste follows. This is a fine showcase of this hop varietal. Tasty AF!

Wet hop, all Mosaic. Cask on College

Just the most ridiculously dank smelling beer I’ve ever had. Waves and layers and depths of resinous dank, like sticking your nose in a sticky cola bag. Also very pleasant floral, grassy, green notes. Tastes fantastic, not lacking citrus bitterness, but hugely green, and brisk summer berries.

Loving this wet hop take. It’s like a showcase for the fresh, plant-like qualities of hops, their green essence, if you will. It’s a great way to get in touch with a more intimate side of these plants, a quiet window into their earthy existence to sip and savor.

Canned 4 days prior to enjoying.

Pours clear and clean with a big bouquet of wet hopped goodness. Lots of mosaic-y berry and green notes on the nose, and a crisp berry snap on the sip. Exceeds expectations!
