As hop lovers that like to sip on something crispy from time to time, the West Coast Pilsner is truly the best of both worlds. This baby was brewed with our new lots of Citra and Amarillo hops, and let us just say, these might be our best harvests of these hops of all time. Notes of tangerine, peach, and dank give way to a crispy, bone-dry finish.

Really have to hunt for the lager character. Very much all hops, with malt profile an afterthought. I did really enjoy it, but taste and feel was more APA than pilsner.

Smells like a nice IPA. Pretty much no malt in the nose. Drinks like an APA or IPL. It’s good, but if the can didn’t say Pilsner, I would never know it wasn’t a pale ale. IMO, the aggressive hopping completely submerged the Pilsner profile.
