Can pour - clear pale gold straw color, short white head, minimal frosty lacing. Nose is a bit of citrus with some dank. Taste follows with those notes lingering on a dryish finish. Tasty!

Appearance - Pours semi-clear and light gold in color, with a white, near finger width head that holds for a decent amount of time before dying to a thin, broken layer of suds. Not much in the way of lacing.
Smell - Mosaic is definite on the nose with citrus, pineapple and mild dank. Orange oil. Underlying stonefruit. Mild, bready maltiness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Citrus and pineapple upfront and throughout, with lesser apricot, dank and a trace of berry. Mild white bread malt undertone. A kiss of woodiness develops as it warms. Finish lingers with continuing brightness from the citrus and pineapple character.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied and a slightly silky texture with a fair amount of bitey carbonation, leading to a crisp, semi-dry finish.
Overall - I'm not familiar with YCH702 and HBC586 hops, but I am with mosaic, and this could easily pass for a single hop mosaic brew. If the malts added a bit more intrigue, I'd probably dig this much more, because the hop profile is complex yet harmonious.
