Chestnut brown with a thin, light tan head that leaves sparse, clingy lacing. Roasted malts with hints of chocolate and coffee in the nose. Chocolate, roasted malts and some definite sweetness in the taste. Medium bodied with just enough carbonation to keep the feel lively. A very approachable, drinkable beer that may seem sweet to some.

Moss Mill Brewing Co. "Bremen Ave. Brown"
$2/4 oz. at the brewery on 14 April 2018
Notes: Not the most interesting name I've ever heard. 5.8% ABV. Deep mahogany body beneath a creamy head of white. Chocolatey and nutty aroma. The flavor follows with additional caramel, light red berry, cocoa powder, and more nuts. It's a little sweetish but balanced by a firm bitterness that leads to a mainly dry finish. Medium-light in body and gently crisp then smooth across the palate. Certainly to style, and enjoyable.
