Notes: Cloudy pale straw gold body beneath a short head of bright white. The aroma is mineralish/salty and citrusy/acidic. The flavor follows and I'm not sure the guava comes through clearly but there is some fruit to it. It's not too tart, not too salty, and not too mineralish. Moderately bitter with a dry but lightly acidic finish. Light-medium in body and crisp. Refreshing.
