On tap served in a Shaker pint glass.
L---Crystal clear, golden color. Soapy, pure white head with good retention and ok lacing.
S---Sweet, breast with some fruit.
T---Followed the nose, sweet, breast & some fruit. But crisp & clean. Hopper thanks expected, but that's likely guess to the large hops bill.
F---Crisp & bright. Medium bodied with good carbonation..
O---An excellent beer from a previously unknown brewery. I'm going to do some research on them and keep an eye out for them in the future.

Clear gold, effervescent, with a fat finger of white head. Good retention and solid rings of lacing.
Clean aroma with just a hint of bread, sulfur, fruit and hay.
Breadier tasting. Somewhat sweet, not unlike corn bread. A light hint of sulfur and minty hops.
Light to medium bodied, fairly slick feeling, with lightly zippy carbonation.
Smells a bit like a pilsner — crisp and only very, very lightly fruity — but the Kolsch taste and feel are right there. Refreshing, quality beer.

Kolsch beer with extra hops. The hops used spelled E A G L E S, I am not kidding..El Dorado, Amarillo, Galaxy, Liberty, Equinot(?) and Simcoe. I see it was brewed in October but I had it on tap watching the Eagles lose on 1/5/20 and they must have made a fresh batch. It finished very dry and to me was the best beer they had on tap.
