Collaboration with Happy Valley Brewing Co. in State College, PA. Picked up a 4-pack at HVBC. Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed light golden pour with thick foamy white head. Great lacing.
S: Dank and citrusy... tangerine and grapefruit mixed with pineapple.
T.F: Light grains give way to a big citrus forward hop profile. Juicy and flavorful... modest bitterness. Milder tropical notes... pineapple and mango in the background. Sticky on the tongue... more fruit and citrus in the finish.
O: A really nice juicy IPA. A step below elite, but a solid brew... glad I got to try this collaboration.
