Heliocentrism was the guiding force in our collaborative effort to ever better the bright flavors of this beer. Brewed with our avant-garde compatriots at Foreign Objects & Discord. Heliocentric, a Tart Ale brewed with luscious wheats, pugnacisouly conditioned on a profusion of tangerine flesh. Expect a light tartness richly complimented by a delicate tangerine backbone.

From a 16oz can, undated but produced in January 2020. Pours a moderately cloudy, amber-tinged orange with no head. Tart citrus on the nose and palate...tart but not a sour. Another in the ongoing Heliocentric series, this a very refreshing.
