Gondola is a Hazy IPA brewed with hearty wheats and oat malts. Briskly hopped with Belma, Amarillo, & Crystal. Expect huge stone fruit characteristics mixed with tropical and berry aromatics. Enjoy this one while you take the long and. chilly ride up the mountain.

CANd now, CANtinuing the last phase of Happy CANtinuing New New Trail & Feeling Light-Hearted About Happoshu Beer Sunday (Week 784), ironically mentioned first! These will all be CANs for the furtherance of The CANQuest (tm) so it should be interesting.
From the CAN: "Hazy IPA [-] India Pale Ale"; "Keep Cold Drink Fresh".
User @MKO recCANmended that I begin with this one & then segue to my final for this go-'round. I am taking him up on his ChANlenge despite the growing hour. Cheers, sir!
I Crack!ed open the vent with no real hope of clarity, but I proceeded with a slow, gentle C-Line Glug anyway. It foamed beautifully to form just under two fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, bone-white head with very good retention, slowly falling away to wisps, but leaving a load of lacing in its wake. Color was a deeply-hazy/lightly-cloudy Yellow-Gold (SRM = 4 - 5). Nose was very tropical, tending towards sweet, led by pineapple and acCANponied by the usual suspects of mango, guava & papaya. This is generally not my bag after so many of them, but I was feeling a mouthwatering sensation with this one. Mmm. Mouthfeel was medium-to-full, not exactly creamy, but definitely soft in the mouth & on the tongue. The taste was quite tropical with a slight edge of bitterness, about on par for the style. Finish held a tangy tropical bitterness which was pleasant enough, but unfulfilling for this hophead. YMMV.

Pretty good. Nothing that stood out that made me say “wow” however it was a good beer.
