Heliocentrism was the guiding force in our collaborative effort to ever better the bright flavors of this beer. Brewed with our avant-garde compatriots at Foreign Objects & Discørd. Heliocentric, a Tart Ale brewed with luscious wheats, pugnaciously conditioned on a profusion of Strawberry & Lime. Expect a light tartness richly complemented by a deep citrus & berry backbone.

16oz can into a glass. NO freshness dating.
Pours with an orange/strawberry body. Huge foamy white head leaves a good amount of lacing.
Aromas of strawberry and lime.
Tastes like a strawberry margarita, not one of my favorite drinks.
Mouth is full and very soft. Finish more lime than strawberry.
Overall, margarita beers are not my thing, rather have the actual thing. This drink is okay, but definitely a one and done.
