Barrel Aged Vanilla Moonlit (White Wax) is an Imperial Stout brewed with an assortment of Dark Malts complemented with a base of English Pale Malts. Aged for many moons in a mix of Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Maple Bourbon Barrels. Rested elegantly a top Madagascar vanilla. Lightly carbonated for a more full experience. Expect bright vanilla aromatics and flavor entwined with chocolate and roast, complemented by deep barrel character.

Slight dark khaki colored froth... Sleek black color... Nose is surprisingly absent.... Vanilla and bourbon at the forefront of the palate... A bit artificial and cloying... Medium bodied and Uber fizzy... Decent, but enjoyed the regular BA aged version more...
