Mountain is a Hazy Triple IPA, brewed with rich oats. Hopped obleskly with Mosaic, Sabro & Amarillo. Expect huge notes of fleshy mango, rich dankness and light coconut. Take the climb and enjoy the summit.

A thanks to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a hazy golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of tropical fruits, citrus. Taste is mango ,grapefruit, alcohol, some berry and pineapple. Feels full bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer.

Nice deep golden hazy look with a quickly fading white head, let’s give this Triple a try. Pineapple, citrus and some pine on the nose of this brew. Taste is tropical leaning with less bitterness but it’s got a bit of heat on it at 11%. Decent feel but not really creamy. I think this is just over my abv for this style of brew as I think 8-8.5% fits better.

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.5

Aroma guava, peach, pineapple, mandarin, and apricot really bold and pleasant. 4.25

Taste follows guava, pineapple, mandarin, peach, cantaloupe, and apricot excellent and balanced. 4.5.

Mouthfeel is pretty big, creamy gentle carbonation, maybe a little sticky but not dry, and at 11% ABV it goes rather easy with just a hint of alcohol. 4.5

Overall this one is really impressive and I have had many top tier NETIPAs and this one could hold its own with most of them. 4.5

A - Hazy to opaque dark orange gold color with dense, soapy white lacing.

S - Juicy grapefruit, tropical fruit, tangerine, and mango.

T - Juicy mango, tropical fruit, spicy peppery citrus rind, some berry, citrus, tangerine, and a little bit of alcohol presence on the back end that permeates up through the sinuses.

M - Big medium body with a soft texture that finishes mostly wet on the palate.

O - Very flavorful and a fantastic Triple IPA that's worth checking out. Recommended.

Smell the sweetness.... Pour into glass and admire, sip, taste the fruit, then get bit by the booze.... Not a horrible beer but prefer some others first

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a murky pale amber (SRM somewhere between 3 and 5) with a frothy off-white head. Initial impression is soft citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon rind), a bit of pine, caramel, and a touch of earthiness. Mouthfeel is sticky and juicy; carbonation is light. Alcohol is really well hidden, especially if it's 11% as listed (New Trail rarely lists the ABV on the can). Finish morphs from fruity to bitter. Delightful NEIPA!
