The bottle was a full fledged gusher... Slight sticky khaki colored froth... Audibly fizzy... The color is an exceedingly murky pale cinnamon... Noticeable sediment throughout... The nose is surprisingly subtle and highlighted by raspberry jam... The barrel aging and base beer get a bit lost in the shuffle... Flavors are consistent with the nose... Medium bodied and prickly... Tasty and unique - very nice beer...
