Collaboration with Human Robot
Part of Expedition Pack Trek One.
A Dry-Hopped Pilsner brewed in collaboration with New Trail’s “cyborg friends” at Human Robot. This beer is brewed with German Pilsner malts and perspectively hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau, and Tettnang. You can expect crisp bready notes backed by hop spice and light effervescent citrus.

Surprisingly hazy, especially for a pils. Good head production and decent retention.
Wonderful aroma: all the breadiness and spiciness of a solid pils, but the dry-hop gives it an extra citrus note that is wonderfully bright. Mild honey and some cracker.
Similar on the palate, with aromatic and flavorful hops similar to - but not quite as far as - an IPL up front, but very quickly yielding to the inimitable flavor of pilsner malt. Moderate bitterness for the style; very well balanced. Lightly toasty, quite bready, slightly earthy. Mild honey and a bright bite of citrus. Fairly dry, with a relatively short finish, although hop oils linger, really readying you for the next sip.
Delicious and, if you prefer, crushable.

This one meets the criteria like a first date: looks good, smells good, and you guessed it, tastes good too. Honestly, what else can a player ask for? Hyperbole be damned. I’m done.
See ya!

A finger and a half of fluffy bone white colored froth... Rock star retention... Pale straw color with a faint haze... The nose is musky grain and corn... The hops are dialed up a notch and the palate and provide a nice contrast for the malt base which is highlighted by biscuit and cereal grains... on the fuller side of light bodied with light carbonation... Super sleek and smooth... Insanely quaffable and highly enjoyable...
