Excellent head production and retention. It's an opaque haze bomb, but if you can credit it within that style, it's a very, very attractive beer.
Very West Coast style on the nose, with a ton of grapefruit. As it warms, more tropical tones emerge, including some bright herbs and pepper.
On the palate, it's super juicy, but leaning more tropical, with mango and papaya leading the way. Additional tones include basil, pineapple, orange, and grapefruit.
Creamy, wonderful mouthfeel, with plenty of bite on the gums.

Slight bone white head... Carbonation bubbles cling to the side of the glass... Hazy yellow straw color... Mild citrusy hop nose... The palate starts sweet before turning sharp and bitter... medium bodied and slightly lush... Decent, but unremarkable... Not something I would drink with regularity...

This one just came out beautiful; almost as if Sophia Loren and Alain Delon bumped rumps and produced a little one. That being said, not only is this one a beauty, it has depth. Yeah, this beer also is as if Einstein and Marie Curie got freaky.
