Had this on draught, it was pretty good.
It was a guest beer at another brewery, and not clearly labeled what it was (I hate that) other than an Oktoberfest Marzen from Williamsport PA that was 6% ABV.
I hope to have it again soon and take better tasting notes and make an update.

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a copper color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of bready malts. Taste is bready malts, hops are present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall this is a pretty good beer.

Would like to see NT take snother shot at this one. So good with NEIPAs, this one falls a bit short in Marzen category. It is drinkable, but it's thin and modest on that bready and caremal flavor profile.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a beautiful honey-amber-gold with a persistent off-white head. Initial impression is biscuit, bread, and a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is slightly on the thin side for the style. Finish fades to a slight malt sweetness. Not bad, but there are better Märzens out there.

It arrived in a clear pint glass, looking good. A modest off-white head sits on top of a nice copper-amber, mostly copper, light and bright colored liquid. It's a bit opaque for the brightness of its color. Weirdly, there's not much malt aroma for a marzen. That transcends into the taste. There's not that much maltiness there, neither. At least at the level expected from a true Marzen. This is drinkable, but not memorable. Relative to the style, it falls way short. Still, it's better than many beer options, just not for this style.

Pours a copper color with over a finger of head. The nose is toasty with some earthy qualities. The flavor is modestly bready with a semi-dry finish. The body is a bit thin for the style.

Consumed on: 03-Oct-2022
16 oz Can
Glassware: 0.5 L Festmug
Temp at Pour: 53.1 F
Look:
Clear copper with gold hilights. The cream-colored head is 1-finger high initially and is very fizzy. The head dissolves to nothing quite quickly, leaving no lacing.
Smell:
Sharp, zesty, and fruity hops. I can pick out some malt notes if I try, but barely. There is an "off" note in the aroma, which seems to come from the hops.
Taste:
An immediate spicy hop bite that is quite bitter for the style. Some sweet caramel malts peek through the bitterness but then fade into the background. The sip dries considerably as time progresses and finishes spicy, zesty, and moderately bitter.
Feel:
Crisp and astringent. The body is a medium-light.
Overall:
This beer is too bitter for what I look for in a Märzen. And just about too bitter for me to enjoy otherwise. I find myself making the "bitter beer face" with almost every sip. I am glad to have only purchased one.

A finger's worth of audibly fizzy and crisp light khaki colored froth... Modest retention... Nose of sour dough pretzel... Palate has sour dough notes as well along with strong yeast and a subtle hop tinge... Sturdy and medium bodied with brisk carbonation... Decent beer and solid interruption of the style...

Pours a beautiful amber with a cream colored head.
Bright grain, toasted bread, caramel malt, and floral hops.
Caramel malt, toasted bread, floral and bitter herb hops, finishing dry with earthy wood notes reminiscent of the Forrest.
