Toboggan is a Hazy Double IPA brewed with a luscious amount of oats. Veeringly hopped with the almighty Mosaic. Expect lush citrus backed by rich berry and matched with earthy dankness. Have a few and slide down some hills!

Poured into grip shaped goblet: color is straw, hazy, head is bright white with fine bubbles and presents 1+ fingers thick and then dissipates to thin top with lacing on the glass sides.

Smell is booze/ethanol, pine, berry, citrus pith, limited malt.

Taste is berry, pine, citrus pith, booziness, mixed tropicals, limited malt, sweet, very standard NT DHIPA mix.

Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate/strong sweetness, low bitterness, drying booziness.

Overall a fairly standard NT DHIPA - mixed tropicals, berry, citrus pith, lighter earth/pine, maybe more booziness.

Canned on: ?

A - A really hazy dark orange gold color.

S - Citrus, juicy floral, and some pine on the nose.

T - Juicy floral and pine with some berry and citrus thrown in the mix for good measure. Ends balanced with some nice pine resin bitterness. Lingering berry, citrus, and some alcohol permeating up through the sinuses (for only 9%). There's a slight odd taste but attribute that to the berry aspect of the hop variety.

M - Thick and chewy with a pillowy soft texture.

O - Solid. Not my favorite from NT but solid.

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours an encouragingly murky gold with a brief off-white head. Not much lacing. Initial impression is juicy grapefruit, pineapple, berries, and an earthy dankness. Mouthfeel is soft and thick. Alcohol is well hidden. Finish is slightly tart but leaves a lingering sweetness. Overall, a very good DIPA that fits the NEIPA profile well.
