16 ounce can poured into a tulip glass. No canning information.
L---Hazy, bright gold color. Small white head faded quickly to a ring and left ok lacing.
S---Full of tropical fruit notes. Mango, pineapple, guava. Also lighter citrus.
T---A fruit bomb. Stronger citrus than in the nose. Mango, pineapple & guava follow.
F---Medium plus in body. Mild carbonation.
O---Fruity but not really complex in any way. I'm glad I tried it, but one is plenty.

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, hazy, fairly dense, head is off white with fine bubbles and presents just short of one finger thick and then dissipating quickly to thin top with a ring and some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is muddled and subtle - notes of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mixed tropicals but not emphatic; malt is light sweetness, maybe some honey and wheat.
Taste is similar with citrus, grapefruit pith, pineapple, mixed tropicals, some berry; barley malt is lightly sweet, some wheat/oat fullness but not really soft.
Mouthfeel is on par with most non-double NT IPAs: low carbonation, moderate sweetness/fullness, low/moderate bitterness, limited drying.
Overall a fairly neutral/standard NT HIPA: low head/head retention, low/muddled aroma, neutral/muddled flavor, neutral feel.

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours a murky honey-gold with a modest off-white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is a juicy but not particularly soft NEIPA - here again, an example of what incremental designations are appropriate for the (D)(NE)IPA style. It has your standard grapefruit/mango/pineapple/pine/caramel going on, but it also has a subtle bite that isn't present in prototypical NEIPAs. Whatever - it's good. Mouthfeel is medium and not particularly soft; carbonation is medium. Finish fades toward a slight pine dankness. Overall, another excellent and eminently drinkable "hazy whatever IPA" from New Trail.

Another of NT’s series supporting state parks in Pennsylvania. From the NT Instagram post: “H.V.S.P. is a Hazy IPA brewed with Azacca, Mosaic, and HBC 586. Experimental hop HBC 586 provides a large medley of fruit flavors like mango, guava, lychee & citrus, while Mosaic and Azacca double down on the tropical & citrus character.” Lovely hazy IPA, especially the palate and finish.
